To the Wainwright Bison’s U9 Tournament!
Feb. 4^th, 2023

We are excited to host you this Saturday! Attached is the final play schedule. Both ice surfaces are located in the same building.

-Below is your allocated dressing rooms and pizza delivery times. (I originally said we were providing hot dogs but that has changed).

-Our programs for the day as well as our 50/50 draw will be accessed through a QR code that will be posted around the building, but I will try to get them sent out before Saturday.

-There is an upstairs social room in between rinks where our raffle and toonie stick draws will be. Draws will be made at 3:00. We have some amazing prizes to be won!  These will be cash only.

-Our concession will be open. They are cash only. There is and ATM located in between the rink and pool portions of the arena. (East of green rink in between the doors).

-Heart & Hustle and MVP slips will be handed out by our timebox volunteer to your coaches. Please hand them back in as soon as the game is finished.

-Medals will be given out after your final game.

-Please be on the ice and ready to play at your scheduled times to keep the day flowing smoothly.
