Rosetown Tournament Information
Teams - please find information below regarding our Rosetown tournament and attached schedule. We are looking forward to seeing you in February!
Gate - There will be a $5 gate charge per adult for the day. This is how our local minor hockey association pays our refs for the tournament.
Dressing rooms - You will have your dressing room for the day. There will be a drink and a snack in there for each child (provided by our local Co-op), and a coupon for a discount at Athlete's Haven (sports store on Main Street).
Prize table - Prize table and progressive 50/50 draws will take place at 3:00pm.
Food
- Our booth will be open all day. They only accept cash, and there is no ATM at the rink. Restaurants in town that could potentially accommodate a larger group: Highway Host, The Right Spot, Big Farmers, Iron Chef, Pete & Roy's (no minors), Mah's Kitchen. There are also other fast food and pick up locations: Chef of Asia, Pizzeria Piccolo, Highway Seven Ten, Great Wall Express, Subway, A&W, Dairy Queen, and Tim Hortons.
Bowling - If you would like a team activity during a break, bowling is available at the Rosetown Ball & Pin House. Please call ahead to book and get a time set up, 306-882-4455.
Shopping - Downtown shopping options: Athlete's Haven (sports & clothing), Brick & Mortar and The Vault (coffee shop and retail space), Prairie Girl Fashions (womens/mens clothing), Belle Rose Floral Boutique (retail space), Dollar Store, Bargain Shop, and Pharmasave are all located on or close to Main Street. There are also 2 grocery stores if you are needing any food items.
